Body Language
That’s what the next meeting of Leiden Toastmasters is all about: body language. Most of what we communicate does not come from the words we choose, and most of the non-verbal communication is achieved by what we do with our bodies while we’re speaking.
Given that, wouldn’t you like to know better how to send the right message? The message you want to send?
Join us on November 10 at Buddha’s Restaurant in Leiden for a much-anticipated educational session about body language by our extraordinary fellow Toastmaster, Peter Zinn, plus the usual Toastmasters programme of prepared speeches, impromptu Table Topics and evaluations.

- Luca van Veen demonstrated some interesting facts about alcohol in her speech “Strong Stuff“
- and Ryan Sutherland tried to persuade us all to use bicycle helmets in his speech “Cycling in the Netherlands.”
Finally, Finne Boonen kept us all thinking and laughing with her famous-quotes-related Table Topics.
